22 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
23 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
24 - Salt and pepper to taste

# How-To:

01 - Place chicken pieces in buttermilk and marinate for at least 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a bowl, combine panko, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove chicken from buttermilk, coat thoroughly in breadcrumb mixture, and arrange on prepared baking sheet. Spray lightly with olive oil.
03 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
04 - In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, fresh chives, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
05 - In each of four 16-ounce mason jars, layer ingredients in the following order: 2 tablespoons dressing, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bacon, blue cheese, hard-boiled egg, crispy chicken, and romaine lettuce on top.
06 - Top with diced avocado just before serving to prevent browning. Seal jars and refrigerate until ready to consume. Shake jar or pour contents into a bowl to combine before eating.

# Expert Hints:

01 -
  • The chicken stays impossibly crispy even after days in the fridge thanks to smart layering
  • Everything gets dressed perfectly when you shake it up no more overdressed wilted lettuce
  • Feel like youre eating restaurant quality Cobb salad without the restaurant price tag
02 -
  • Always put dressing on the very bottom of the jar so it cant make anything soggy before youre ready to eat
  • Sturdy vegetables like tomatoes and cucumbers go next as they can marinate without getting weird
  • Proteins and cheese belong in the middle zone where they stay fresh but dont touch the greens
  • Greens always go on top as the very last thing added to the jar
03 -
  • Let the chicken cool completely before adding to jars or condensation will make everything soggy
  • Keep avocado separate in a small bag and add right before eating to prevent browning
